Hi! I’m Jim McLoud, a servant of Jesus Christ. My great desire is to see Him glorified through His church. With more than 40 years in preaching, teaching, leadership development, non-profit leadership, and business, I bring a wealth of experience to the churches who use my services. I have personally provided training and/or consultation to hundreds of churches and thousands of Christians throughout the United States.
Educated at Kentucky Christian University, I’ve worked on the staff of three different non-profit religious organizations. In the late 1970s I was Director of Church and Public Relations for The Extended Hand of Prison Evangelism (a ministry to incarcerated men, women, and youth) in Indianapolis. In the early 1980s I served with Operation Evangelize Ministries as an evangelist and Director of Adult Training, holding revivals, seminars, and other special programs in churches throughout the eastern United States. In 1984, my wife, Diane (www.dianemcloud.com), and I founded Christian Training Ministries, and for the next twenty-seven years we focused on programs and consulting designed to equip small and mid-sized churches for effective ministry. I have also served as Senior Minister at two different churches, seeing significant spiritual and numerical growth in both congregations.
On a personal note, I enjoy Christian music (especially the Gaither Vocal Band), playing golf, a good meal at Cracker Barrel, and watching Ohio State Buckeyes football and basketball! Our favorite places to relax for a couple of days are Williamsburg, Virginia and Nashville (Brown County), Indiana.
Diane and I live near Youngstown, Ohio. We have three terrific adult sons, two wonderful daughters-in-law, and seven precious grandchildren (who I never spoil…!).
